Matte black paint and water spots

A customer of mine just dropped off his brand new c63 coupe "black edition" for a winter prep. Upon inspection i noticed that the matte black paint had water spots on the lower half of the vehicle. I have never ran into this problem on a matte color car before, do you guys have any tips on how to remove these spots?

You will have to neutralize first. Try some vinegar on a microfiber, and rub in a bit. Otherwise Swissvax has a pre wax cleaner for matte paints and films, it may do the trick.
