I've been married for 3 1/2 years now. Best years of my life. I was lucky enough to marry the perfect woman, so the rest of y'all can stop looking. I've already got her and I'm not sharing. :D

43 years with the same woman and no regrets. I do sometimes question her intelligence for sticking with me that long. We knew each other 6 weeks when we decided to get married. Whirlwind romances just never work.;)

Single for 41 years - best decision I ever made.



Married at 41 and the last 8 years have been perfect...glad I waited but glad I found the right one.
 
This is my second marriage and I was a lot more selective this time. 5 1/2 years married so far, and I got the perfect man. So, for any of you who are divorced, marriage can be great.
 
Took my darlin straight out of High School.



Together for 17 years now, will be 18 in July.



Married for 11 of those years.

Just posted 20 years. Seems like forever especially as the kids get older. I have a 17 yr. Old daughter and a 13 year old son. Keeps us hopping.

I have the best wife in the world. Not only is she my best friend she is my partner at our detail shop. She never complains. We go to work at 5 in the am and work till 5pm without a complaint. I am not the easiest guy to work for either. My perfectionism can become a bit overwhelming, but she handles it great. I rather be with her than any so called friend out there. She truly is the best. We are in this together. I would die for her.

When you've been through both good times and bad times and good times it can make a relationship very strong. You can take a lot of crap if your core relationship is completely secure. Ironically, it works out best if care and attention is constantly used. Makes no sense not to treat your best friend better than strangers.



I have a neighbor who has been married for over 60 years and says his wife gets more beautiful every day. I think I'm starting to understand what he says.

Not to turn this into an advice column, but what you are saying is sooo true. For me, every day is another day of courting. There is no one I would rather spend my time with. If you don't like each other, you would be better off going your separate ways.

It took me 34.25 years of being single but I can confidently say that I have also found the perfect woman. I am happy to have found someone who has a heart like mine and lets me know every day that she appreciates me. :D



I often tell her she is a jewel I intend on cherishing for the rest of my life.
