Man I just gotta have a set of these

I don't know about improved handling, but your perspective would be improved. You could survey the landscape ahead rather than looking at the tailpipe of the guy just ahead of you. ;)

Charles didn't anyone ever tell you that if speed kills FORD drivers will live forever. :headspin
What I remember is all the green Chevies.

So they could hide in the weeds while the Fords went by. :D

I think you realize it's all in fun.
I have a Corvette and a couple of other GM products in the garage.
I did drive Fords, usually modified, through 1957.
Got tired of watching the Chevies go by and didn't like green cars so I bought a Chevy in 1959.

That looks retarded!
You think so??? :D
The tire store I go to even sells chrome stick-on numbers like 20", 22", 24", etc. so you can advertise the size of the wheels on your vehicle.
The most expensive set of wheels and tires they have sold was a $13,000 package. At least they went on a $40,000 pick-up and not a $600 beater.
It's not my thing, but they sure do sell a lot of aftermarket wheels.
Lots of single replacements when the buyers find out that pot holes aren't very good for big wheels and skinny tires.
They even sell special wheel damage insurance for them.

Well I like bling as much or more as the next guy but that is even a little much for me. First off I would need a ladder to get into the vehicle.

I have had one set of nice wheels that I purchased for my old black truck. It looked good but it changed the character of the ride and the gearing of my truck. I did not like it.

I was hoping for a fifties pickup to peruse. Those years are my current favorite. I change alot. It depends on Ebay. Chevy, Ford, Dodge no matter... all the trucks I owned were slow and so were the cars for that matter until I purchased the HHR. A fifties style throwback to Heritage High Rise of the fifties.

I fail to see how that car is even drivable. I mean it doesn't look like you could possibly steer it more than 6" in either direction!
