Made the Move, Expanding My Horizons

Hello All!

After nearly six years over at Autogeek and lurking here for even longer, I`ve made the leap and joined the forum.

I really enjoy being active on AG, but I`ve come to realize that improving my skills and product knowledge requires expanding my horizons. It`s great to see so many familiar "faces" here, and I look forward to being active on both sites.

For those that don`t know me, I`m a very simple enthusiast who maintains his own personal fleet of vehicles, and works on a few family members as well. It all started with sprucing up my daughter`s car as we sent her off to college and has now evolved into a full on sickness. Ultimately I would like to grow further to take on a few side jobs for paying customers, but that will have to wait until I retire from the Reserves next year.

I am a member of both forums. I very rarely post on the other one.

One benefit of this forum is that you won`t get chastised if you mention a product that the sponsor doesn`t sell.

This is exactly why I joined. Not long ago I had a great conversation with BudgetPlan1 regarding his experience with some coatings in PM`s. It was at that point I realized how much more I could have learned if others could have participated as well. That lead me here.
