M20 / M21 comparison advice

I've been using M21 2.0 , what could I expect switching to the #20 polymer sealant as far as looks , durability .

M20 is a light cleaner wax. It is considered by many to be one of the most durable of Meguiar's waxes, if not the most durable (excluding M16). It's reflective, glossy, and slick. And it's very easy to apply and remove. Kevin Brown is a particular fan of M20:

M20 Polymer Sealant is EASY to remove, lasts and lasts, and has a mild cleaner for removing mild amounts of dirt and oxidation. It leaves a clear and glossy finish. ...

If I had to use just ONE last step product for the rest of time...

I'd go with M20 Polymer Sealant because:

• It leaves great gloss & clarity

• Low-impact paint-cleaners work well, but won't mar a finely polished finish.

• Wipe-off is incredibly easy

• Durability is rock-solid

• The best product to use for larger vehicles, such as boats, RV's, & trailers

• Price is not 'out of this world' expensive'

• Availability is very good.

Many folks use M20 as their base sealant and then top it with M21, M26, or their carnauba of choice. It appears to be a wax that is often overlooked.

Thats great info . thank you. I will give some a try .

What about layering #20 ??

The cleaners it contains won't allow that. You'll remove the previous layer. You can layer something like #26 or 'spit-shine' #16 over it though.

M20 is a very easy sealant to use apply/remove. I think you will need to top it though because the glossy looks kinda fade but protection is there.

Megs #20 is my go to on wheels. Very durable and slick and is a cleaner wax type product so I can one step it on the wheels.

Fallguy are you still using Duragloss 105 and 111 or using Meguiars now.

M135 detail spray works very good and goes with M20 & M21 well

which do you like better Duragloss or Meguiars
