Lost weight since retiring!

I worked for a large engineering/construction company for 32 years and retired in March 2009.

Even though I was on the construction side of the house, most of my time was spent in the office. The field work that I did involved inspection and quality assurance, not physical labor.

Since retirement, I've been detailing 2-3 cars per week, for fun and profit!!!

I've lost 20 pounds!!! I was at 312, now 292. No diet change. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Didn't know I was such a big-ole-boy did you?!:scared:

I'll keep you updated...........:smile:

LOL! Make a video "Bufferobics". Should sell like pancakes. We'll expect to see you on Good Morning America in a year! :cornut:

Congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the progress!

That's a GREAT idea!!! Kill two birds with one stone.....

1. Fat guys get skinny!
2. They always have clean cars!

"Billy Mays here! And it's only $19.95!!!":D
Up and down, up and down. Now side-to-side, side-to-side. We're gonna do these passes 6-8 times in a single rep! Feel the burn, but not the burn through... :D
