Is their still water/moisture in the car? If there is you need to get as much up as possible. Obviously an extractor or Wet/Dry vacuum would help with this. Try to air the car out as much as possible so the moisture dissapates. Once everything is dry, find a professional with an ozone machine or odor fogger. It will make short work of the musty smell. As far as the new car smell, that is the fumes being given off by the various synthetic materials used to make up the interior. Once the musty smell is eliminated, the new car smell should still be there.
