looking for some input on more volume/maintanence work

one steps would not be done with a rotary, just peace of mind for me to ensure no holograms/burned edges. I would stick with the PC, unless I pick up a flex - possibly next month depending on situations this month!

151 is the planned polish/wax to use

$10/hr is for the wash/interior clean up guys, 12-15 for guys who I train, work harder, and understand the expectations I have. While I would like to be there on every single job site, there is more money to be made by them working and me promoting! I would step in every once in a while and help out when I have some down time!

In this economy, you can find good workers who will learn for a starting pay of $10 per hour. Once they learn the pay must go up. It seems like you've got the right idea TG.

Imho, pay an employee 30-45% of what they make you.

Sounds like you got things pretty well planned out. Can't wait to hear the success stories from this venture. Just make sure you got a have way decent accountant on tap. You might have some turn over issues in the beginning when trying to find the right workers. (and taxes and payroll are a b*tch to do by yourself LOL)
