My thoughts are that Klasse SG is an acryllic, and the sealant that is left on the paint is a small amount, almost like adding a little more paint that is acrylic, so the stuff that went into pores/layer on top of the paint still needs to cure, much like something you paint needs to cure for its optimum durability. Ex. spray paints...20 min. dry to the touch, 24 hrs fully cured.
That is my best shot, although I'd probably be shot down by those who know more.
