Looking For Help Getting Out Pings/Dents/Scratches on 2006 VW Blue Jetta

I have a 2006 VW Blue Jetta.

It has some, not many, but some scratches/chips/pings and dings.

I live in Northern VA.



Wanted to know

1) If any of you could help me fix this or refer me to a reputable cost effective place



2) Estimate what it would cost for a car that needs it mildly
