Looking for a thick pencil shaped brush with stiff bristles

I need a stiff but safe for textured vinyl bristle brush that one would be shaped like the old school thick pencils to clean some recessed textured plastics. The usual brushes (like my Swissvax) are bristles that are way too soft.



I guess I could try trimming one to increase the stiffness but wondering what else is available. I do not think the foam on the stick type brushes seen elsewhere would not get the crude out in textured areas.
