Looking for a detailer in OK

my 2001 black jetta needs some protectant and fast.

what is the best way to protect the finish?

i've read tens of threads on zaino, and even more on the K twins.

is one better than the other?

which one will protect my car better ? (it's left outside with a cover usually on...)

and if it's zaino you say, what zaino products should i get? klasse just seems so simple, with only two products...

I would say you cant go wrong with either. They both protect you finish well. You can get Klasse AIO and SG at eh sponsors site in the upper right hand corner. Zaino you will have to go to the website or find a local dealer for. Most people here believe that klasse with a blitz wax topper work best on black. You can et both at CMA (sponsor site). Check the archives for application techniques. Good luck
 
Koyaanisqatsi's comments are correct. There has been a tremendous amount of discussion comparing Z to K. It's all in the archives. Please search them.
 
IMHO, you really can't go wrong with either, both produce great results. Some say Klasse is better on dark cars cuz it makes them appear darker, I don't know how much this hold true but I use Klasse and my car looks great!
 
The kit that beau showed you from CMA is a great deal. For $40 it's pretty though to beat. It gives you everything you need, expect for a towel to wipe it off.



The kit from Tim at Tacscar is also a great deal, he even gives you the towel to wipe it off with. It only $8 more, and you get a Miracle Towel.



Both kits are great deals, you cant go wrong with either of them.

Just pay strict attention to application and removal methods depending on what system you pick. If you choose zaino pick up Z1, Z2 and Z7. I also highly recommend the Z6 spray detailer to use between washes. Expect to get anywhere from 10-15 coats from one bottle of zaino. Here is Zaino on a black jetta. This guy has a vette and uses the jetta as a daily commuter............

I found someone on another board looking for external detail only to do correction work. Customer is in Tulsa. PM me for details please.
 
There's a major winter storm moving through Oklahoma City and Tulsa right now. I read that both cities are essentially shut down because of ice. Those cities aren't set up for snow and ice removal like we are in KC.

So it might be a while before you get a response from any Tulsa guys.
