Looked at a Lexus yesterday

I am searching for a new car and came across a Lexus SC300. I already know I will be polishing swirls out on any used car, but I was hoping they wouldn't be too bad. I call the guy and he tells me I can come test drive it, but it's a little dirty and he wants to wash it first. Obviously I tell him "oh no, you don't need to wash it for me." he did anyway. The car as a whole didn't look too swirled up (but it was silver). I test drive it and he tells me "sorry I'm kind of sweaty, I just washed two cars in an hour." Me: "Really? I take a while to wash my car" Him: "Yeah, you get better after a while." I held my laughter in. Then I went into his office to see the history report and next to the door was a bucket filled with very dark brown water and several old dish towels, which he was kind enough to point out he just washed the cars with. I don't understand how people think an old dish towel is okay to use on paint. And finally the best part of it all: one of the cars he washed was an '06 black SUV.
