Just One More Coat
My Trek 5200 Carbon frame road bike, Its the same frame that Lance Armstrong is riding in the La Tour de France. Of course I'm not quite as fast unless its down hill. In my late 20's and into my 30's I rode with teams and raced all over northern CA in 25 to 100 milers. Today at 49 I just love the fact that I still can beat the pants off the kids 20 years younger.

I did get out today for 25 miles of which I ride about 120 a week. That way I can still enjoy wine, beer, vodka, food, anything I miss.

Oh and one last thing I did not clay bar. I just cleaned with muilt purpose cleaner and put some Klasse on the frame. All the metal parts are coated so no need to polish those
