Liquid Paint Correction Cream and more..

Sunday NY Detailer and I had our hands full. We detailed 3 cars that day, a Isuzu Rodeo (BLACK!), a Acura Legend, and a MB E320.

The Isuzu Rodeo came out the best IMHO.

1. Wash with Meguiars GC

2. PC with lambswool pad and Automtoive International's Liquid Paint Correction Cream.

3. PC with foam polishing pad and Foam Pad Machine Glaze, X2

4. Final Polish by hand

The Liquid Paint Correction cream is similar to 3M Perfect It II Medium Cut Rubbing Compound.

The product really smoothed out the paint and made it ready for the two applications of machine glaze. The black paint went from a dull flat black/gray to a crisp deep black color. It went on easy and came off a little harder than Klasse AIO but less than Klasse SG.

Automotive International's Liquid Paint Correction Cream gets my thumbs up.

Jason, are you and NY Detailer using the Porter Cable 7424 as opposed to a rotary buffer? I'm just curious because I've told that the rotary is the only way to go for commercial use and I'd like to start taking on some jobs but only have the 7424 right now. Great work!

Thanks Dan,

As of right now, we use the Porter Cable dual action polisher, NY detailer has the Meguiars one (bought the kit), and I bring mine.

Only on very neglected paint do we use a rotary, well not we more like him. I still need to learn how to use one. Brian (NY Detailer) has a Makita, but one of his workers had it for so long, he is going to get a Dewalt 849 today.

Good choice, I have one and love it. :up So, all the AutoInt stuff seems to work pretty good huh?

I can't wait to give this rotary a try.

AutoInt's stuff is very good and user friendly. Easy to apply like most liquid polishes and compounds, but removal it is a breeze compared to 3M and some of Meguiar's polishes/compounds. No QD's needed, just a Mf towel and a few quick wipes. :up to AutoInt's products.

auto int does work, i got the sample kit from them

If you are going to order the liquid correction cream dont order the clear coat compound, as they are the same product.
