I had a 89 toyota truck that was repainted in 91 , the factory super red. I owned the truck for the next 10 years, and used Liquid Glass on it once a month, EVERY month. It was kept outsid e 24-7. In the 10 years, it never had water spot etching, oxidation, or clear coat failure. I not once ever put the high speed to it. I agree that the protection diddnt last long, but when using the LG carwash soap, it seemed to last longer. I didnt let it bake in the sun for 4 hours like the instructions say either. Ive used it solely on a couple retail customers cars, mainly emerald greens, burgandy's, and charcoal. Does ok on black. Goes on and off real easy, but has a strong solvent smell. I havnt tried the z or k route yet, but on good paint, I never hesitate to use the LG. Just my 2 cents. Jason P.S. I will try to dig up pictures on that truck, and scan them.
