Liability Contracts?

If we want to do Mobile Detailing to make some money, while in college. But not full time, do we need insurance, or can we do walk throughs before and after the job to clarify and document everything?

you can do it without but i would not suggest it....once the detail is done, that customer could blame you for almost anything wrong with the vehicle, even if you didnt touch it.....



i would suggest just getting a simple disclaimer written up on the back of an inspection sheet....and then be sure to inspect the vehicle before every single detail

What if you do damage the vehicle? How will you handle that?

Unless you are willing to accept complete responsibility for damage and you are able to pay for the damage, you absolutely need insurance to do mobile detailing to make some money while in college.

IF you decide to go without it I recommend taking before and after shots of the car from every angle possible. Not that it is full proof but it might help some.
