LI Detailers: Trashed Ford Contour Interior! 57 PICS!

I just received the car last night at around 5pm as the owner is going home to visit her family for the break from college. She tells me that she wants an interior detail and that she cleaned up all of the garbage from the inside besides a McDonalds bag because they dont have any fast food close to where she lives. Boy was I mistaken, lol. I guess I should have known better as people all the time tell me they have a little swirls when their car is consumed by them. The car was used as a pizza delivery car which explains all of the sauce everywhere..

Products used:

Megs APC 4:1

303 aerospace protectant

Various Brushes

Shopvac

Durrmaid Hot water extractor

Adams QD

Total Time: 5 Hours

Now I was not able to get all of the stains out unfortunately. If anyone has any tips on how to remove sauce any better please share as I have the car till Monday when the customer returns! I would die the carpets but I also unfortunately have no experience or products to do so.

Thanks for looking!

Great job!!!! That is just beyond me also how a person can :soscared:leave their car in such a disgusting condition....I think it tells one what their house would look like:soscared:

I usually use Folex which you can pickup from homedepot ,target or Walmart. Agitate with my PC with cyclo brush attachment which works out well on those trashed vehicles some times you may also need to use a stronger APC dilution on tougher spots

Ok thanks. I'll try Folex out, I actually have a little bit still I found last night.

Never mind how gross it is--that's downright unhealthy.

I too can't understand a) how someone can let a car get like that and b) how they can live w/ it like that.

Nice recovery. I hope she doesn't mess it up too soon.

They trash-em we clean them. I for one hope they don't stop that. That's how I make extra money. AWESOME JOB on trashed interior.:2thumbs:
