Lexus GX Doors?

Anyone know what the material is on the interior of Lexus GX doors? They have a soft liner and armrests; looks like leather, but the grain is just too even - I suspect vinyl. Just looking for the correct cleaner/conditioner...thanks!

Meg's leather conditioner/cleaner won't hurt vinyl. Also the Quick interior Detailor by meguires is safe to use on any substance. I've used it, its 'ok' -- It doesn't leave a shine at all, but it does clean and supposedly protects.
 
I agree, I nearly always use my leather cleaner on the doors etc saves time after doing the seats, it removes most stains no probs and leaves a surface ready for your dressing if required.
