or where you store all your stuff. Here's a dated picture of my stash. It has since been filled with other products and tools. Hopefully I can add Blackfire to the list after I win the grand prize.;)

Here's where I store my microfiber and smaller miscellaneous items. Similar to the first picture, this one is dated. I actually finished cleaning all my microfiber towels, folded, and put them away today.

Nick, I guess the entire setup (even without the van) must have cost a lot.

What is the purpose of the grill work in the back glass of the van? Reduce smash the glass and grabs?

Hey Nick,

What are those blue towels you have on the bottom two shelves? You must like how they work.

Thanks,
Mike

Those are the 16x16 microfiber towels offered by ADS. I used to used them for glass and interior. I've now bought the gold color for glass in the same size, and still have the blue for interior. They're nice and cheap, I buy them by the 100 pack. Not disposable, but close.

We need to break this down into 2 categories, part timers and full timers.

Well there's already this thread.

What about breaking it down into four detailing categories?
  1. Full time (40+ hours)
  2. Part time (already have a full-time job)
  3. On call (when you feel like detailing you can get a job lined up quickly)
  4. Weekend Detailer (on the side jobs for friends and family and you charge them for it)
I'm currently a weekend detailer. It would be great if I can get to 2-4 cars a month.
