Leather Master Protection Cream How Often?

If you keep the leather clean, 2-3 times a year should be enough. Dirty leather is more detrimental than clean leather that isn't conditioned enough. Dirt is just as abrasive to leather as it is to paint.

Sorry to hi-jack the thread, but whats the deal with hydrating leather?

Is it really as effective and easy as spring distilled water on the seats once a week.

Will hydrating leather with water really keep them from cracking?

I would think you would want to use something with some sort of "lubrication."

Cool, thanks guys :)

I have the Leathermasters Cleaner too, should I use that once a week or just use water?

This is my first car with leather so I just want to make sure I take the proper steps.

A damp microfiber should be enough to keep the leather clean on a regular basis. Deep clean as needed but if you wipe the leather down regularly you won't have to deep clean more than once or twice a year.
