Well I have looked around a bit and I am not sure where I should post this. If this is the wrong spot please feel free to move it and let me know where it should have been.



Ok I have a 2004 Cobra with Dark Charcoal seats with dark Charcoal suede centers. The leather on the seats is very dry. I am trying to figure out what to put on them to revive the leather. They have not cracked yet but are starting to show signs of wrinkling. What is the best way to clean the suede. Thanks in advance for all the help you guys/gals can offer.

I just got done cleaning/conditioning the seats in my '03 redfire Cobra (but mine had the light grey Alcantara inserts). I used Leather Masters Strong Cleaner and Leather Masters cream conditioner on the leather and Leather Masters Foam Cleaner on the Alcantara. Works terrific and hydrates the leather surfaces which from everything I've read (and that's alot) is very important. What's great about the cream is that you let it dry on its own and it drys to a natural feel without being greasy. It's all water based too, which is a positive for hydrating the leather. Keeping the leather clean is THE most important step in preserving leather. Clean the actual leather with a detergent, horsehair brush, and MF towel. Avoid getting the inserts too wet. As suggested a foaming cleaner would be best for this. After it is clean, protect with a water based protector, and clean frequently.

Yup, clean it, then think about your plan of action. Even though it may seem clean, its not:



My new to me S4, the seats look pretty decent for a 10 year old car.

However some scrubbing (Leather Masters strong + BHB)

And a HUGE improvement
