Latest detailsâ„¢ v.nasty swirls on a Lexus

Fantastic work Scott. I've got a Cayenne coming up in similar condition to that Lexus so might have to invest in some Optimum before then.

I always make sure my clients feel their paint as well as look at it after I've finished. Don't know why but I think it makes them appreciate the work that's gone into it a bit more!

I would have been walking to car by then with a MF stuffed to my mouth. lol.



Great work, lexus paint looks really good (or it does when you detail it).

Whatever the name, it is a great color! Their Suburban (which he wants done after he finishes at his current job site) is just plain old boring black. ;)

Wow, the swirls on the Lexus look JUST like the swirls on my metallic green car that is abused/kept at the beach. Is Detailer's Pride Super Swirl Eliminator all I need to get those out? After seeing your results, I am tempted to give it a try. that looks AWESOME!

If they aren't any deeper, SSE with a cutting pad and PC should do the trick. Rotary swirls are not usually too hard to remove unless the paint is burnt or the swirls are unusually deep.
