A couple shots of my car with Pink Wax (over properly prepped surface topped with Shokar a week or so prior).

2003 Chevy Silverado. Exterior detail using AIO/16 in early December. #16 was holding up well, but since it might be 6-8 weeks before I see the truck again, my customer asked me to wax it. I used Pink Wax by hand.

2001 BMW 740iL. Klasse AIO with a blue Propel Pad, Shokar sealant by hand, topped with Pinnacle Paste Glaz. No full car shots, it was raining the whole time I was working. This seems to be a very wet looking combination!

2003 Dodge Ram SLT. Last detailed in July with #80/EX w/carnauba. Still beading lightly, not sure if my customer did anything since I last waxed it. He was out of town so I couldn't ask. Anyway, the paint still looked pretty good, so I used AIO with a blue Propel pad and topped with Wolfgang Sealant. The combination is truly excellent. :)

2001 Cadillac DTS. Last waxed in early September with EX w/carnauba. Still beading, some slickness left after washing. This time, I polished it out with Meguairs #80 and a green Propel Pad and topped with FK's Pink Wax by hand.

As happy as my customer was with how it turned out, he seemed even happier with how good his white Civic still looked, since it had been since mid November since I had waxed it (Clearkote's test yellow wax by PC, Carnauba Moose by hand) and all I did this time was a QEW wash. As you can see in the background of the first pic of the Caddy's hood, the Civic also had a real nice glow to it.

Jay-I really like the NXT/#16 combo. Seems to be holding up real well too. The Rolls has become his daily driver lately, he had put over 10,000 miles on it in the last 10 months or so. We had a ton of rain in November, a day of snow in December and January ended on a soggy note and NXT/16 is really holding up well!

must be nice to have a Rolls as a daily driver

Not really. It means his wife is destroying his Escalade, just like she destroy's her S600.

BTW, he is waiting on his Murcielago Roadster to come in.

GORGEOUS work Scott!! :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

The Dodge Ram is my favorite as well. I'm going to have to try that AIO/Wolfgang combo.

What did you use to dress the trim on the Silverado?? AA??

Mike-yes, I used AA on the trim and applied it with an EO tire swipe.

The AIO/WG combo is really deep and really wet looking. First time (I think) I've used those two together. Next time I do my car, it will be AIO/WG x 2 and maybe Souveran on top.

Looks good Scott. So what are your thoughts on the Pink Wax, looking pretty good. I like the way the Pink Wax looks on the Caddy!!

And Paste Glaz on silver huh, wonder what made you use that!!:D

The only problem with Pink Wax is getting thin coats on light colors! You can hardly see it when looking at it straight on. What I have been doing is shaking the can real good, removing the lid and using the product stuck to the lid. It prevents me from dipping the pad too deeply into the container and have too much product on it.

Other than that minor issue, I really like it. Now to see how durable it is!

Yeah, I wonder.

Dang. I was just going to ask you a question if the pink wax shows up better on light vehicles. I have a white Navigator and one of my biggest complaints is being able to see the wax when applying. This makes it difficult to put thin layers on. I find myself going over the same area several times. If they could only put a slight colorant in the wax that doesn't transfer onto the vehicle so it shows up better on the vehicle, it would make it so much simpler.:)

Since it is pink, it shows well on light colors like white. Now on red? Hmmm.....

Wow..Scott...

The AIO/WG combo looks awesome on black. I might have to give that one a try...:up
