Latest details v.bright yellow new GTO

:bow :bow great work as always. CMW can help provide some terrific results. I have been thinking about ordering some, but was wondering if it is something that will provide good looks on metalic paint or will it mask the metalic paint like some waxes do?

Great job on both cars. :)

CMW is fine over metallics too. I used it on a metallic black 745 and it turned out terrific.

CMW can look a touch cloudy at times after you wipe off the excess but within minutes it is super clear and wet looking. Applying via PC seems to speed up the 'clarifying' more quickly.

I got a hair brained question though, who in their right mind would get a LS1 with an automatic tranny? Come on, thats kinda self defeating, or at least a lot less fun ;)

It's been a long time coming but a lot of automatics are pretty neat now. The days of a "2 speed chevy powerglide" are long gone.

Prometheus-the kid who drives this car has already totalled a Silverado SS and a G35 Coupe (the G35 burnt up after he flipped it) last year so that may have played a role in the decision to get an automatic.

Yeah, I guess that would kinda shift the priorites around. Yeah, auto's shift faster, but I just want something fun to drive, if its an awesome drag car too, hey bonus points for me, if not, as long as it's fun. For all the times I'd go to the track, I'd rather keep the stick and just have fun with it round town. That's just me though

Nice work Scott. I think your picture taking ability is as good as your detailing. You managed to capture the shine very well. I myself have problems taking good pictures with my Canon EOS digital. Need more practice. But good job as usual scott.
