Hi everyone, long time since I posted up here. I had a paying detail to do for the first time in a while, and was quite pleased with the results, I know how you guys like to look at shiny cars so here are a few pics. No befores, simply the afters I am afraid.

Process, wash BMW shampoo ( I like this as it leaves no streaks )

Clayed 3M blue bar

Once over with Megs DACP

Once over with AIO

Topped with Klasse SG

Never worked on one of these before, no fun doing the roof, and some of the trim was very badly oxidised but z16 seemed to bring it back ok, that and 1z Fledge (can never remember its full name!)

Apologies for not turning the steering wheel the right way up, doh!

OK pics below

nice job!

a tip - your bluring in photoshop... when you make the selection, right click (or control click for us mac users) and click feather, for an image that size, you would probably pick 50 pixels or so, and then do the blur... it will fade the blur and make it much less obvious.

but nice job :2thumbs:

The steering wheel being upside down is the least of your worries, somebody moved it to the other side. :chuckle:

The paint looks great and the interior looks new! Excellent work!

Thanks for the tip, the reason the blur is there is that the person who owns the car is selling it, hence my detailing of it ... so I modified a few of the shots so the backgrounds didn't look so bad, thanks for the tip though will try that next time.

Thanks for the kind words people, shame the vehicle is not so 'sexy' as some but the finish is pretty good.

Oh and regarding the leather trim, I used z10, but I have to say z10 doesn't smell as good as it used to as anyone else noticed this ?
