Lake country CCS 5.5in question

Green or white, which is more aggressive? Just by looking I would say green. The autopia store suggest white is more aggressive but CG's site says the opposite.

CG does not use LC pads which is why the colors might be confusing.

The CG green pad will provide a little more cut than the CG white. Without testing side by side the LC White should provide similar results as the CG Green.

CG uses a different manufacture for their pads than LC which is why the colors/sizes might be different.

Its says on the CG site that they are LC CCS foam pads. I thought LC was the manufacture/patent holder.

Whoops, you are correct, very sorry. B&S makes quite a bit of their pads and I did not verify the link.

Just like Wors said, probably not much difference. LC lists the green heavy polishing pad between orange and white.

LC will custom make sizes and use custom foams for their customers. Those are, indeed, LC pads. That green foam, if is similar to the green foam they used to offer, is fairly rough and aggressive. It would be considerably more aggressive then the green LC foam that Autopia Offers.

LC does have 2 green pads one is more aggressive that the white and one is less, closer to the grey. The less aggressive one is a mint green color and the more aggressive is a bit darker.

This has been one of the major complaints with LC too many pads of the same color for different applications depending on the LC product line they are in. Quick search shows quite a few vendors selling the heavy cut pad in green. Best bet in the future is to just come here first, ask before you buy, end up with what you were really wanting. ACC support starts before the purchase.:bigups

Defiantly my favorites, I bought the hybrids and actually went back to the HT pads.
