klasse sealant glaze or kalsse AIO ?

I'd like to try something like zaino(that is a sealant) from another company, and klasse is the one in mind, thus i'd like to know which would be the closest to zaino in terms of durability etc. etc. etc. ?

Would it be Klasse's AIO or Klasse's sealant glaze ?

Iknow you guys have tested them both, so i'm pretty certain you'l be of very GOOD help to me in picking one.

later all :xyxthumbs

Have you not read any of the threads? lol Your post makes it sound like Klasse is a brand new product on the market that nobody has reviewed yet.

Klasse AIO is a paint cleaner. Klasse SG is a sealant. They are a system that should be used together. So your answer is to use them both.

Don't try comparing it to Zaino. Klasse is Klasse and Zanio is Zaino. If you want to try something new then just do it. They are both sealants and they are both a 10 out of 10.

I fess up i havent read much threads on it, but still don't tell me it can't be compared........i mean one can without a doubt say if shine, reflectivity etc... is superior or not.

I know they're both different animals but you know what i mean im sure ;) .........anyway' as you suggest i'll do a searh on it.

And about AIO being a cleaner, i agree, but i've read that it also contain acrylic ....here's the link : http://www.carcaresmart.com/Merchan...ROD&Product_Code=PS0600101&Category_Code=KLS.

So if i'm mistaken about it, it sure isnt my fault, as i told you what the description says.

The reason why i didnt do much of a search is cause it s easier to ask on the forum(yet it might annoy some people, i have no problem understanding that, yet some will not be too)and over time opinions change, as people try other products and can establish comparisons between them, at least i believe so.

Hope i dont sound harsh here, it's not at all what i want it to look like, but i know part of the above is true.

Chip Douglas- Sellers often tout AIO's supposed protective qualities, if only to justify the "All in One" name. Generally, its durability is minimal at best. Using it by itself is not recommended by very many people. If you want to compare it to Zaino, better use the SG too. I honestly can't see a reason not to, it's quick, easy, and economical (*IF* you do it right- thin, THIN, *THIN* coats).

If you want to use an "all in one" product that really offers some protection, I'd recommend Autoglym's Super Resin Polish instead. But even then, I'd top it with something.

Thanks for the tip Accumulator. Have you used Zaino yourself, as well as Klasse SG ? If so how do both compare to one another ?

I'm sorry, i didnt mean to annoy anyone here by not doing a search first, i mean it. I just thought some would be happy to answer my query(as to me i would be, if for someone else, but i admit not everyone's like me). I know you didnt make any comment about my not doing a search, but im just saying that, as others will read it as well.

Best regards and thanks :wavey

I have used both

Zaino- easier to apply but longer prep

Klasse AIO/SG - harder to apply (for me anyway), less prep (due to the AIO's cleaning)

both have about the same shine and durability

Klasse is an acrylic while Zaino is a polymer

No, *I* haven't used Zaino. There IS a difference between how Klasse SG and Zaino look, and, at least for the cars I have now, Zaino isn't the look I'm after. If you DO like the look, it's a great product; I just happen to prefer something with a different prep/application protocol and different appearance characteristics.

Ok, what's the difference, does klasse have more depth, higher shine ?

I'll look up some pic in the member gallery, done with klasse.

The most I can say without being flamed and called a Zaino Zealot is that...

According to Guru Report's Wax Test, Zaino's shine, gloss, depth, clarity, reflectivity, slickness, color enhancement, and overall impression were all better than Klasse's after eight weeks.

If Jngr thinks that Klasse is a 10 out of 10, then Z surely is an 11.

I am sure BW and gingerbread remember the Klasse / Zaino wars. We are at peace now and everything you need to know about Klasse or Zaino can be found using the search function.

Tip: Those that do their homework will earn the respect they deserve.

good luck

Honestly, i can't understand why people would go to war over prefered sealants lol....but i know it happened. I just think that whoever like Z stick with Z and, the same goes for Klasse.

Yet i DO NOT wish to re-start the whole thing.

I can easily see talking about z and klasse is a REAL touchy topic, so, i'll just do searches on the both of them, to avoid flaming.

But if yo uask me, fighting over sealants or other car care products is utterly stupid, as there s no accounting for taste.

P.S. last winter i almost lost my dad to cancer, so let me tell you that, i ain't got time to waste on arguments about car care products, yet this is not meant to be offending to anyone reading it, im not after fighting at ALL.....but just wanted to reset priorities, im sure some will agree.

regards

The Guru reports are merely opinions of products by those who have used them and tested them. For every opinion that one product is the best you will find another opinion saying that it is sh*t. I'm not getting in this debate though. There is no best product. If someone wants to read the Klasse/Zaino wars of old then they are more than welcome to. Its not something that is even worth arguing about. Use whatever you like best. If you want to know which one you will like best then you'll have to buy them both and try them. Opinions are just opinions. Take them for what they are worth. Pictures of these products on cars don't prove anything either (something that I am going to prove shortly). Showing Klasse on a 2003 automobile and saying that it looks superior to a 1995 car with Zaino doesn't prove anything either. You have to use them to know.

Chip, See, I told you to search the site on this :)

Anyway, after having Zaino on the SC430 for several weeks and have added more to it, the Souveran paste was still sitting in my rolling cabinet and as I was reaching for the Zaino clay, I grabbed the Souveran.

Well, what the hell I thought, if I don't like it, I'll take it off. Now on two coats on Souveran on the Red SC430 and looking better and wetter. So now I have a "sacrificial" layer of wax on Zaino. Yes, Souveran works very well with red finishes!

It's the "playing" with each product and augmenting it sometimes to produce another result.

If you are done with Zaino for now, try the Klasse to see side-by-side if possible so you can compare the look. This way, if you do not like it, treat the area with Zaino. If you like the Klasse, obviously keep going.

I just ordered a gallon of Clearkote Quick Shine as the Z6 will not work well with carnuba and I keep hearing that for carnuba CK-QS or Megs FD as opposed to FI works very well.

Like all of us, you're in the trial and error stage of what works well for YOU. What looks good for one person may not look good for you so the only way I can give opinions on shine is best to say try it if it's a known good product.

Try wax over a sealant to see the results as well. Interesting to say the least!

Read through the posts and come to some agreement as how you want to proceed.

Regards,

Deanski
