Hello all I just finished using both products, what I found so far is Klasse harder to get off but good on exterior plastic ,LG leaves white residue.Shine and depth about the same smoothness the same.So only think left I can think of is how long they will last. Also Klasse is a polymer based and Liquid glass is carbon based. So thats it for now keep you posted on how long each lasts and quality of shine smoothness etc:Oh l paid 25.00 for the Klasse and 17.00 for the Liquid Glass.:bounce

That sounds interesting. There may be older threads on LG. The durability of LG from my reseach shows that it is not as lasting as klasse. IMO. Good test.

both products are polymer systems based on "polymerized" chain links of hydrocarbons. ALL Hydrocarbons have a carbon backbone.

LG is silicone based (similar to finish first, astroshield, etc)

AIO is acrylic based ( not too many acrylics on the market anymore)

Both products are durable. I agree with you too, that LG produces a lot of dust...........

Hope this helps.

DETAILKING, why do you say it is silicone based? Not trying to challenge, just knowledge building.

The Liquid Glass container I have states in bold red text "contains no silicones or waxes." The ingredient list says, "aliphated hydrocarbons, amino polymers, ultra-violet sunscreen inhibitors, moisturizers, conditioners, rust inhibitors, mild inert cleaning agents, aliphatic petroleum solvents."

If it does have silicones in it (I don't know what half the things listed above mean) when they say it doesn't, is there a way to test a product for silicone- I mean maybe Klasse does too?

Hi lee I tried this comparison because I have used LG for years, bought some Klasse for the external black plastic trim. You can't use LG on plastic (DRYS WHITE )especially on plastic with a liitle bit of grain on it.Klasse worked good on most of the plastic. So I will see how long it will last. But as I stated on my first post LQ is cheaper than Klasse and more avalible locally.:bounce
