Just tried E2K "less dense" foam pad

My L5-S1 is killing me!

that you can get The Edge's regular "old style" "less dense" foam on their E2K system, today I got to try it out.

You can check out the picture, it's about 50% more squishy that the normal durafoam. (durafoam on the left, less dense foam on right) It is comparable to a LC black pad, roughly. I have only tired it once (AIO on the blue side, UPP on the white side) but I like it! *I* did not think it used more product and it seemed to fit curved body panels better. The only downside is it may be less durable but time will tell. Also, it was a bit more difficult to clean but not bad.

I will be using it for light polishing and LSP's for now. If anyone is using E2K pads alot on their PC, you may want to special order one of these to try it out. Again, it's hard to say if this foam is better or worse, just different. Just thought I'd share...... :D
