I'm surprised a police dept. would be willing to spring for a premium detail.

Good job.

^^^^^^ ignorance is bliss....

who is the first person you are going to call when someone breaks into your house...oh that's right, the POLICE...

"useless tickets" make the roads safer...you get a ticket, you slow down, you dont get into the accident, you don't have to pay a deductible, your rates dont go up, you think about your actions, you slow down, points come off your record, you start saving gas, you save money in the end...

I just hate when people make the "F the police" type comments...

I am going to be hitting up my local police departments for some possible detail work, plus getting in with the local authorities will be nice, especially since LIMO tint is going on the truck next week!!!

You're right.

We all go canoeing with the chief of police and I was handing out can huggies and a week later he gave me a call to book my weekend, so it worked out great

It never hurts to get in good with the police.

Nope. What are they going to do anyway bring some paperwork? I would call the alarm company and then the insurance broker and then maybe the police.

I think that it's disgusting that the dog area would be that dirty in the first place! How does the dog stay in once place doesn't look very non slip.

Nice job on the police car. Did you hose out the dog cage? I checked the company's website and they claimed you could hose it out. Enjoyed seeing something different. :up

They probably handed out a few more useless tickets this month.

While there's a lot of choice words I'd like to throw your direction, this is Autopia and I prefer to keep the communications on this board productive and to be honest, since you're 19, it's almost the type of comment I've come to expect these days.

Anyhow, most departments don't see a penny of the "revenue generated" thru enforcement. The money goes largely to the courts.

That said, there are grants available for departments that do things such as emphasis on speeding in school zones etc. These grants are largely how departments obtain additional equipment. If you don't want to help obtain a grant, follow the law that your voted-in representatives put into action.

To the original poster: Great turn around. That car looks freshly muddied, did you take it in after a romp thru the swamp? lol. If not, the handler needs a serious talking to about the condition of his vehicle. None of our handlers would dare let their partners hang out in something like that longer then a shift.
