Wazza I just registered Figured this would be a tight place to chat since I detail cars Also for A Chrysler Dealership *bah* Damn Chryslers... I would love to detail some porsches though :). Anyone on here from Baltimore who works at a Car Dealership other than me?
 
I think most of the detailers here are like me-self employed. My business is mobile, and I have been doing this full time for 8 years now.



Starting at a new car dealer is good experience.
 
I know there are a lot of us that have worked at dealerships at one point in time. The one I worked at had some business practices that disturbed me so I left. I prefer being self-employeed or working for a private shop that makes appointments. I know we do have a couple members up in your neck of the woods though. I'm up there too from time to time. My sister lives in Westminster and I go up there a few times a year. Welcome to the forums! :up
 
Just registered as well! I used to be partners in a shop in my area, until I found out the other guy was skimming a bit (always pays to keep your own records regardless).



Looks like a good place you guys have here!
