Just purchased the foam gun

All the reviews made it seem like I need this for my dark blue paint which tends to mare or at least be visible more. Got the half gallon for $47 shipped...Quart would have been $45 but for $2 more..what the heck.

I just couldn't imagine trying to hold up a half-gallon of carwash solution all that time, my wrists would hate me lol
 
Just curious...where did you order it from?



I've emailed Danase and I'll be getting an email as soon as he has them in stock. I wouldn't mind getting it earlier if possible.

Ordered it directly for Gilmour...$40.45 + shipping for half gallon...Thats about $20 cheaper than anyone else

You don't have to fill it. I rarely put more than a few ounces in mine but if I needed too....

If you use it the way some of us do, holding the foamgun's nozzle right at the point where the wash media touches the vehicle, it's hard enough to avoid bumping the paint with the smaller bottle when doing panels like the roof and hood. I can't imagine using the larger bottle that way...
 
I couldn't find a link off Gilmour to order (probably didn't search hard enough), so I'm going to place an order from Autogeek since Danase has it in stock but won't be shipping orders until July 3rd or something.

I have an 800 number you can call and tell them you want to place an order for personal use..They will transfer you and just give them the part number you want to order (get it from gilmour site)...Mine is suppose to be delivered oday...$47.08 shipped

If ordering from AutoGeek, get their BHB too- *GREAT* compliment to the foamgun.

I just did mine this way, the price on the foamer was $49.xx and they give you $10 off the BHB (( accronyms )) at $39.xx. Around $95 total, shipped.
