Does the curing process apply to machined wheels as far as cleacoat goes. What i mean is do i need to wait 30 days before i can wash or wax my wheels ie (the lip)? I don't want them to peal so what things do i need to be aware of?

It should be ok to wash with a mild car soap right away. Do not use any wax or sealant on the paint (after all, clearcoat IS paint) until it cures- 4 to 6 weeks is typical.

Yeah you can wash them all you want, but follow the same guidelines as with paint on the rest of the car. Wait at least 30 days before sealing/waxing. Once that time does go by though, clean them well and seal them so that you don't have to worry about stubborn brake dust in the future.

Even though I'm the guy who's always saying to wait, note that the only downside to *not* waiting for all the outgassing to occur is that the new paint won't reach its maximum potential hardness. Not like it's gonna peel off/cloud up or anything like that.
