Hey guys,

Newbie... I did some searches on the forum but did not find anything concrete (search skills must be terrible) on how to properly care for Xpel. I had my entire car wrapped so I want to make sure I do not use any products that will yellow or cause a degradation in life span of the film.

I called up the Chemical guys and someone over there recommended Mr. Pink as the soap to use, Jet Seal 109 for the sealant and 5050 for the wax. Is that overkill? Exactly what do I need? Should I be using a foam gun to apply the soap or would a low pressure (800 PSI) water foam cannon work? Ultimately I want the best washing experience for myself and my car hehe.

From my own research it seems that Mr. Pink along with the Clear Sealant and the 5050 would better serve me instead of the Jet Seal 109.

Also on my initial wash, I would be soaping/rinsing/drying/sealing/waxing... but on subsequent washes, what is my main goal? a light wash every other week then followed up with a heavy wash once a quarter and reapplying the wax? then followed with a super heavy wash annually, reapplying the sealant and wax?

Any information would be much appreciated :)

I really like Nanoskin Hydro Express. It's a spray sealant but very durable, and won't leave seams white like conventional waxes.

How about for the soap? What should I do on my first wash? I had so many Qs but I am only getting single word or line answers :(
