Just got my Brinkmann...

The UPS truck just stopped by and dropped off my Brinkmann Dual Xenon Spotlight.

For those who may not not know, the Brinkmann is a very good light for detecting swirl marks and marring in paint, both before and after polishing.

(Could have used it yesterday on that '67 Vette!)

It's going in my detailing bag right now!

Nice! I keep looking for one at the discount stores but haven't scored yet.

OT - has it cooled down any? We just had a nice severe thunderstorm and the temp dropped to 71F.

These lights rock! I bought one for my detail truck and a second one for the house. Every time there was a blackout the batteries in all the flashlights were always dead. The wife says,"we have 11 flashlights and none ever work!". So now she is sporting her dual xenon pistol grip light that always has a charge. Don't tell the IRS but they both are a business expense. I found them on Ebay for like $20 each plus shipping.
 
Bought mine from Pep Boys during their $10 off $30 purchase coupon promotion. The Brinkmann conveniently retails for $30.
 
I really like this light gun... I'm thinking about getting a couple more for the car and the house. Pretty handy item to have around in case of a power outage or flat tire!
