"Luck" Residue of design
I have a pontoon boat to do an interior only on soon, so I thought that maybe I should have a generator being that the boat is down beside the river where there will be no electricity. I looked on Craigslist and found this beauty for $200.

I went across town to purchase it where the seller owns a body shop. He tells me after seeing all my detailing gear in the trunk of my car that if I give him a business card, he will hire me to detail some of the the cars he buys and sells.

That was pretty cool. Just thought I would share it with you all. TD

Good luck getting it fixed if it breaks down. :( Coleman/Powermate went out of business and parts are getting harder and harder to find. I bought one from Home Depot a couple years ago. It went out a couple months ago, and it was under warranty. Well, when I called, they pretty much said, oh well....

Mine quit producing power. Needed a new circuit board. The shop I took it too took them a while to search and locate one. They said sometimes it's better just to pony up the $ and buy a new one.....

But on a lighter note:D, awesome he may give you a buzz to do some work. :rockon

My father is a devry grad and maybe could repair something like a circuit board on something simple like this. I've seen him troubleshoot and repair 5 foot tall circuit boards before. Yes $200 is not a big deal especially if I get some work out of it. it works good now and supposedly has low hours on it.
