Just a hack

Ronkh

Wax Waster
No real befores since I washed teh car in the morning and figured I'd just SW it before I polished it.. BUT It rained on way to me doing car :( so instead of just a SW wipe, I had to re-wash again.
HRUMPH !!!

Anyway, the dealer washed it with a brush and then dried it with a water blade and towel

So
My process.........................................

SSR 2 on white pad
(probably should have been 2.5 and or orange pad, but I didn't bring it with me) and there are still some rids and deeper swirls left so next time......

PWS on black pad

Wipe with QD+
(was gonna let the pws cure but between the rids, cold weather outside and possible rain)

I like the color too. It nice to have a place like that to detail cars. It is getting convertible weather.

Ron, that is a sweet looking car, and the shine isn't bad either. Is that a Poorboy's Shine?

Where did you get those wheels?

I like that blue.

I do too. But it's a pain to keep nice.

Nice work on that VW, Ron! :D

:) Think I'm now gonna call it a $VW$

Why did you bother to post the process? ;)

From one hack to another, looks good.

Cuz I'm an expert with my process.
THanks JP

Looks nice! A sharp looking convertible too. I second Gearhead on the blue. Has a nice pop to it.

Thanks. It's a pain though, worse than BMW jet black.

Nice work Ron!

Thanks

Thanks. Yeah, but it used to be better but then we got an extra medic vehicle, so no extra space all night. Have to pull an ambulance out then pull car out when done.
I love to go around topless.

Yes it is Mr Gloss. Next time I'll have my partner take a pic of me with my pockets out. :) :rofl

Those wheels are factory wheels. Another pain to keep clean.
