I got a bottle of Poorboy's Polish w/Sealant to try from Steve at Poorboy's (in the interest of full disclosure). I occasionally get products from him to try out and let him know what I think and so far, everything he's sent me to try I've ended up buying more of. Anyway, I had the opportunity to try it out the last couple of days.
2004 Jeep Wrangler. I detail it a couple times a year, the owner takes care of the regular washing and vacuuming so it is typically an easy vehicle to detail. The paint is less than two years old, the Jeep was wrecked soon after it was purchased. The repaint is mostly good but there are some problem areas in the black paint (like the primer didn't fill the sanding marks) and some weird checking in the small areas painted silver.
Since it didn't need any major correction, I started with Polish w/Sealant. My intial impressions are that it will correct MINOR defects with a polishing pad but isn't a substitute for poor prep. Optimum Poli-Seal has more cut, but I don't think PwS was designed for anything beyond minimal surface cleanup since it contains no abrasives. Appearance is clear and bright, just what you'd expect from a sealant. Really sharp reflections too.
These shots show how it looked after using PwS and an LC polishing pad:
This is after applying Werkstatt's Acrylic Jett by hand, I think you can see the improvement in depth and wetness, just like you can when using it over Prime:
I used Optimum Protectant Plus on the top, PwS to polish out the plastic windows.
