Its Dusty hell here

hello friends i am from india and its very dusty here. i mean in just one day a new clean get loaded with dust. and that means swirl marks when we remove dust from it.



is applying 4-5 coats of sealent over a period of 10 days! giving 2 days to cure for one coat will halp.



Or is there any strong dust repellent thing which can be used.



please guide me in this

Guarav, welcome the the USA!

Do you not have dusty conditions where you are from? The winds (again) are kicking up around 50MPH where I live as we speak. Dust is just one of those things we must live with. No one is exempt! As for deterrents, a nice slick coat of protection is all you can do. There are products claiming to be "anti Static" but i'll tell ya when the humidity drop to single digits, you come show me "anti static" QD properties while buffing a fiberplas fender.......
 
I think I remember someone saying that you can use a ground wire and tape one end to the ground and use the other end to remove the static from the car. That will make it less prone to dust.
