It's cool in Florida - Who left the door open?

Detailing Gnosis
I have been in north eastern Florida since Tuesday and it has been cool.

It was not cold but breezy so the extra wind chill on Tues and Wed.

It was still chilly on yesterday (Thurs) but clear and sunny.

Al, how long does it take you to drive down?

PS - It snowed about an inch here last night but should be gone today..

If I drove straight down, it is around 11 hours going reasonable speeds. I typically average around 62 to 64 mph (average speed, moving and non-moving time included).

As Ron said, I do not think Florida enforces speed limits outside of the major cities where it is usually posted 70 mph. The real threat is the super slow folks as people dodge them since they can occupy any available lane. Georgia and South Carolina do seem to go those going 10mph over the posted speed limit.

This trip we have been in and around St Augustine.

the forecast for detail fest looks pretty good. mid 80's, 20-30% chance of rain. hopefully if it does rain, it'll be an isolated thunderstorm that blows through quickly.
