It`s Home.

PA DETAILER- *I* am thinking about how those wheelwells will be easy to keep nice, plenty of room to creeper underneath too :D Oh man, I`d spend two weeks getting the undercarriage ready for Winter!

Tires are going to be fun to dress lol. Getting late in the year. I will be happy if I can get a coat of Hydro blue on it for now.

First day impression. It is a beast! Drives great on road even with the Duratrac tires. So much to learn with the new tech from a 12 to 18. We both found a small paint run on the bottom of the rear tail light. Salesman pointed it out, even I missed it. Along with some other owners mentioning paint chipping on the hood around the hood scoop. There should have been clear tape applied to prevent this, and apparently that is the fix. Paint blend/tape. Mine is minor. But both paint issues will be addressed. TSB was just released today for side air bags to be recalibrated from going off early off road. To early to give you a in depth opinion. I have to spend a few weeks with it to really get use to driving it. Got to get mud flaps! Weathertech makes a nice no drill set. So just new vehicle jitters till it all settles in. Which is to be expected. So different from driving the Xterra.

PA DETAILER- Glad you like it so much...sometimes you need a little stick-time to know if something`s really right for you, sounds like this is.

Rolled by the Chevy dealer this morning. All issues have been addressed.

1. Paint run under tail light.
2. A few chips on passenger door handle.
3. Paint around hood scoop.
4. ZR2 sill plate emblem had some deep gouges.

Paint work will be done Dec.3
New sill will be here in a day or two.

Already gave them a heads up. I am super #### when it comes to the details. LOL.

Been on there since I found it when I bought my 2017 LT. I, of course, bought mine used and it needs some work on the paint. I decided to wait until spring to clean it up good. I put mudflaps on mine and even though it looks like they were on there before the bottom of the door handles are all chipped up. I need to replace the paint protection film on the front side of the rear fender wells as they are all dinged up and look nasty from the front wheels.

I need to update my profile pic since I have added nerf/step bars and tonneau cover. Didn`t need the nerf bars but it did dress up the side of the trucks.

7 months into ownership. NO REGRETS. This truck gets it in every aspect. As a daily driver it is easy to live with. This past winter it handled all the weather encountered. It took Chevy guts to build a out of the box truck like this. After looking at all the crossovers and suv offerings, this stood out by a mile. Not for everyone, but right for me.
