Is this normal wear on a new paint job??

I got the work done in july. I havent even made it through the winter yet and look. All the rock chips beat the hell out of my front valance. The other pic is my sideskirt that attactches to the front inner wheelwell. Are all aftermarket paint jobs not going to hold up as well as factory??? I expect some chips cuz i drive 350 miles a week. But to me this is garbage.

some guy in north jersey. If anyone knows if a good place in north jersey that I can get them repainted please let me know.
 
That is insanely bad. I would definitely get those spots resprayed.. from a good reputable shop (ask around.. ask body shops who DON'T paint who they use and so forth). For what you are showing, a respray in those areas shouldn't be more than $300 or so. You will get chips in it, especially if you can't afford to let it cure for at least a week or so before going on long excursions (most don't have that luxury). Though what you are showing is amazingly horrid,.. I've seen spray paint hold up better than that.
 
Wow, that looks like he put all two layers of paint on. I'd take it back and show him how horrible it is.
 
OUCH! Wow, it's something I'd expect from driving off-road. Those rock chips are just plain nasty. Sorry you had such a bad result, and hope you find a better shop next time.
