Is This Beading ??

I went out today after a light rain and noticed that my hood and rear had like hundreds of tiny droplets of the rain in little balls. I had never noticed that before -- mostly gobs of water on my previous (undetailed cars). I put a few coats of Klasse SG a few weeks ago.

Is this what is meant by beading? I never noticed it before, even on my new car. Is this the sign of a well-protected, well-detailed car ?

It indicates surface tension and nothing else IMO. Protected paint can bead, sheet, etc. Here's a pic of water beading on my car from a year ago.
