Is this Acid Rain (pic inside)

I found these little brownish metallic looking spots all over my hood. The last product I put on my car was Klasse SG about 4 weeks ago, have not washed it since. Could this be acid rain?



after a good washing AIO cleaned them with no problem at all.

Thanks for the reply, it's on both of my cars since last sunday. It was a real pain to remove, until I used AIO, but then I have to SG my cars again for the winter. I have never seen anything like this before. They city did dig up my road for a broken water main, and the street is covered in this sandy water dust. Maybe that is what caused this, and there was quite a bit of rain this week.

If you put on Klasse SG after AIO, it may be easier to clean them up in the future. SG preped paint surface is like a teflon non stick flying pan. I can take off road tar, tire dressing slings, bugs and etc. very easily with QD-moistened MF towel because my car is coated with SG.
 
Well, there was one coat of SG on this particular car, and my other has 3 coats. I have not washed the othe one yet, we'll see in the morning. These spots were very hard to remove with QD and a MF towel. Once I used AIO, they just came off no problem.
