Is The Grass Always Greener On The Other Side?

I was just thinking about the detail supplies that we buy...at times I wonder if people think that the Europeans or the likes of that can make better product that the US...or some over there are thinking the same about the US

Its the grass is greener on the other side of the fence..

The only out of US product that I have used was Klasse...good but PB P-w-C gave me the same results...

So that said anyone think this?

What made me think of this was the sale that AG is running on Menzerna and the thread about the German PC pads

There may be some products over there that are better than the ones offered to us in the States. On the other hand, we probably have some products that are better than the ones offered over there.

There is really no sure way to tell though. As I've said before, detailing is all about personal preference. While some products may work for some people, they may not work for others.

Coming from "the other side" (sounds spooky), I would definitely like to point out that the main difference I find is the cost.

Every Vacation I've had in FL (6 times now), I've always come back with car cleaning products such as Meguiar's / Mother's.

I think I was charged (this is about 5 years ago) about $15 for a HUGE bottle of Meg's Gold Class shampoo (which I still have).....over here, you're talking the equivalent to $25 for a smaller bottle !

The grass is definitely greener on the other side, IMO ;)
