Is Spray and Rinse stronger than EO A2Z?

Just as the title states, for those that have used both, for really bad wheels, is S&R full strength any stronger than A2Z?

Its been proven that is cleans stronger than A2z, however A2z is better for tires. I bring both to those horror german car details!

One is acidic by nature the other is alkaline I believe...acidic is always stronger
