Is my layering plan pointless?

Im planning on doing a full detail on my ride in the next weel or so, its a black saphire metallic bmw, and i want to get the best results possible.

The plan:

Wash: CG CWG

Clay bar

Polish: Megs 105 and 205

MY MAIN QUESTION BEING: is this ok for my final steps?

CG EZ creme glaze

collinite 476s

Petes 53

The idea was the glaze would bring out the most in the paint, the 476 will protect, and the 53 is strictly for looks.

Will this plan work or is the layering going to make it all pointless?

seems OK to me, as the EZ Creme does add a little extra % IMHO. If not sure you'll see much added by the Petes 53 personally, but I dont think it would hurt.

Also, should i do Klasse aio to clean the paint before the glaze?

haha i think its over kill, but anyone think otherwise?

Don't use the KAIO. The ez creme has cleaners so it will remove anything left behind anyways. The ez creme should also clean any residue left behind by anything else

yea did a little reading and called CG customer service, it does clean. id rather save the klasse for another car anyways.

My main concern is the Pete's not looking its best on top of everything, but i guess the protection is worth giving up a little look.

I like Collinite for its durability, have used it for a winter wax, but for looks, I prefer Finish Kare 1000P, easy to work with, also very durable, beautiful result.
