Is AIO/SG sufficient for Souveran?

I'm trying to plan the best steps to preceed a couple coats of Souveran for after my new black paint job has cured.



So far I like the Klasse AIO combo with SG... First, is this a good setup for Souveran... Second, how much more prep is needed before the AIO/SG and if so, what products?

AIO and SG sounds like a great combo before souveran. A prep before AIO and SG would be to remove any scratches or swirls with a good polish like dacp or ssr 2.5 is suppose to be good.
 
Thanks! I wasn't sure how much more prep you would need before AIO on a very new paint job... I don't think you would need to clay since there wouldn't be enough time for deposit to set into the paint so I will look at the products you mentioned.



Also, I've been reading threads about the AIO/SG combo and I must say the SG scares me a bit! It sure increases the time from wash to Souveran too...
 
Lol... I'm submersing myself in the SG application debate and the use of sealants w/ carnubas and I must say that I'm now thinking of eliminating the SG altogether.



I'm thinking my first detail on the new paint will be IHG, AIO, Souveran, and I still need to research a good QD to wipe down with before leaving the garage... I've always liked a good QD a couple hours after waxing.



Approve/disapprove??
