Interior is Show Ready

Getting ready for a local Concours in a couple of weeks and finished the interior today.

I used Lexol Leather Conditioner and Vinylex. Simple Green (50/50) on the door jams, where needed followed by AIO on all inner door/jam painted surfaces.

The flash makes it look a little more glossy than it actually is, however there is a slight “sheenâ€ to both the leather surfaces and vinyl…I’m thinking about moving to more true matte finish products.

Wheel wells and engine over the next couple of days and the exterior next week. I'll post as I go.

You mean, like this?

I think too that the interior is too shiny. You should try something like 1Z Cockpit Premium or Tiefenpfleger. They are great at it!

Right click the picture,

Left click properties,

Highlight and copy the pictures URL,

Paste the URL between the IMG tags.

Thx jgv. I'm tending to agree with you, the look is a little more glossy than I like though this pic exaggerates it.

Tiefenpfleger? I'll have to give it a try.

Nag - thanks for the instructions

Nice 968! My father had one recently.. a 1993.. would you happen to have any more pics of the entire car? We'd love to check them out!

Here you go Louis...It truly is a great car for me. I do need to work on the engine, wheel wells and the car's paint as it has some microabraisions I'm not happy about...

Nice ride Russ:xyxthumbs

Sweet RH's:up

Tiefenpfleger would be much better then Lexol IMO,I love it on my Boxster S's interior...Matte finish and it's kind of "harder finish"lasts way longer then Lexol's
